January 2022 was the month I made a decision about my career. I had been a police officer for almost 13 years and this was a big decision for me. I at times doubted I could do it. However, I have made the transition and can safely say it was a brilliant decision. I have set up this website as I know and have experienced how you feel and I am hoping to build on the information on this site and encourage others to contribute so I can highlight the options outside of policing, how you do it and provide the confidence to make the move.
